1858 P1C Flying Eagle Cent, Judd-203, Pollock-247, Snow-PT18a, R.5, PR63 PCGS. CAC. The obverse shows a hooked-neck eagle flying left with raised wings. On the reverse, the denomination is set within a wide oak wreath with an olive sprig and a group of three arrows wrapped into the bottom of the wreath. Struck in copper-nickel with a plain edge. The Judd-203 is among the varieties included a 12-piece set sold by the mint to collectors. An intricately struck specimen without evident marks. Mottled tan-brown and lilac-red toning accompanies both sides. A few tiny spots are scattered. From The Riccolo Collection.
