1873-CC T$1 AU55 NGC. The first-year Carson City Trade dollar is scarcer than its 1874-CC through 1877-CC successors. The mintage was only 124,500 pieces, and relatively few were set aside. The present Choice AU representative displays powder-blue fields and lavender-gray peripheries. The upper obverse displays a few minor ticks. From The Riccolo Collection.
