Gold-pressed latinum was the favored currency of the Ferengi, and consisted of a rare liquid metal element encased in "worthless" gold. This assortment consists of five pieces, exemplifying the different denominations used in the series: a slip, a strip, two bars of different sizes, and a brick. Each set is painted varying shades of gold-color and cast in resin, with unique engravings in the center. They exhibit minimal scuffs, scratching, chipping, pitting and edge wear.
