Obverse: Dragon in clouds; Reverse: "Thieu Tri Thong Bao". This lovely little minor issue exhibits boldly struck intricate design features, though slight doubling on the reverse is noticed, with satiny surfaces that display a thin veneer of light attractive tone. Wholly original looking, this handsome example offers good eye appeal and appears on the market with less frequency than its small dragon counterpart.
